Warranty terms and conditions
Dear customer,
Your EmsiG product includes the following warranty terms:
Two-year warranty from the date of purchase
Any parts found to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the owner during the warranty period.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights and remedies available to you under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the defect does not amount to a major failure.
Proof of Purchase Must Be Provided upon Request
This warranty is not transferable (i.e., it covers only the original owner) and applies only to those goods sold within countries for household use.
EmsiG & Representatives reserve the right to replace or repair any defective parts as deemed necessary. Replaced parts become the property of EmsiG GmbH Co.
EmsiG reserves the right to determine whether or not the fault is caused by faulty workmanship or material or that any parts are defective.
Goods that are returned to EmsiG for inspection will be inspected at the customer’s expense.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
Damage or faults caused by incorrect usage or installation; failure to perform recommended maintenance; negligence or abuse, fire, floods and other natural disasters or unauthorised modifications; for usage other than domestic purposes (commercial or non-approved rental
applications are not covered); repairs when the item has been dismantled, repaired, or serviced by other than EmsiG or accredited service agents
How to Claim Warranty
There are a few ways to claim your warranty:
